Overhead Paging System

Use of the GRHC Paging System

1. To use the paging system, pick up the receiver from any Cisco telephone, listen for a dial tone, dial 53 and listen for second dial tone, enter the appropriate group number, and begin speaking.
   1. Certain departments have been grouped accordingly. Primary Groups are listed below:  (See Attached reference for all available paging groups)
      1. Group number 210: covers the Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital, Life Center, and Optometry
      2. Group number 250: covers the Dialysis East 
      3. Group number 544: covers the New Beginnings Clinic
      4. Group number 374: covers the Viola L. Johnson Bldg
      5. Group number 274: covers the Komatke Health Clinic
      6. Group number 260: covers the Dialysis West 
      7. Group number 270: covers the Shegoi Clinic
      8. Group number 400: covers the Red Tail Hawk Health Center
         
2. Once the page is complete, properly place the receiver back onto the phone and check to make sure the call is not placed on hold.
3. Use of the paging system is for business purposes only and must be conducted in a professional manner.
