Method 1: From the phone handset
1. Select a line and press Fwd all
2. Dial the number that you want to forward to, or press Voicemail.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to enter 91 and the full phone number, including area code!
** To stop forwarding, press Forward off
Method 2: From the Cisco Jabber client
1. Launch the Cisco Jabber client
2. Click the telephone icon at the lower left and select Forward calls to > New number or Voicemail
3. Type in the number you want to forward to, and click Forward
IMPORTANT: Be sure to enter 91 and the full phone number, including area code!
** To stop forwarding, click the telephone icon > Forward calls to > None
Method 3: From the Cisco Self Care Portal
1. While on the GRHC network, launch a web browser and go to https://ccmpub1.grhc.org/ucmuser/
2. Login with your network username and password (same credentials you use to login to your PC)
3. From the left menu, click Call Forwarding
4. Select the checkbox next to Forward all calls to and type in the number that you want to forward to, or select Voicemail.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to enter 91 and the full phone number, including area code!
5. Click Save
6. Sign out of the Self Care Portal by clicking your name in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting Sign Out
** To stop forwarding, simply log back in to the Self Care Portal and remove the checkbox next to Forward all calls to.
