IMPORTANT NOTE: The fax feature discussed in this article is only available on select HP devices. The HP multi-function device menu should have a menu item labeled RightFax...
Please do not use the other Fax menu item.
1. Select the RightFax menu item
2. Tap on the fax number box
3. Enter the destination fax number and tap OK.
- If sending to another GRHC fax number, simply enter the 4-digit extension.
- If sending outside of GRHC but within Arizona, enter a 9 and then the full number with area code (Example: 96021112345)
- If sending outside of GRHC and long distance, enter 91 and then the full number with area code (Example 912021112345)
4. (Optional) Tap on the More button for additional options:

To save a frequently-used phone number, select the Add to phonebook option.
- To add notes or additional information to the cover page, tap the Fax Options button and fill in the fields.
5. Tap the Start button.
6. When finished, tap the Home icon to return to the main menu. Otherwise, the RightFax Connector menu will timeout after a few minutes and return to the main menu automatically.
