For users that can not use the primary DUO authentication methods (push/text/phone call) per this article.
A Security Key Token may be available for use:
The user would be issued a USB style key
(similar to this)
The user inserts this key into a USB port on their computer and would select the "Security Key" option from the dropdown menu during the login prompt.
This option would open a popup window to prompt the user to touch the button on the USB key to complete the authentication.
